Meet Elise

Elise Thomasson is an LISW with a long history of supporting veterans, military members, first responders, medical professionals, LGBTQ+, and their families. Elise brings connection, genuine respect, and honesty to her social work practice. Her first priority is to relieve symptoms and then to work together to get at the heart of the issues. She has worked in community mental health, military MWR, MST (military sexual trauma), adult education, and medical settings. The most common thing clients say is, “She gets it.” Her specialties include trauma-informed care, solution-focused therapy, and partnering with Ivy-Dog to bring animal-assisted therapy.

Elise is an Arizona native, bilingual in Spanish, and has been a military spouse for over 10 years. When not in the office, Elise enjoys reading, walking Ivy-Dog, laughing with her friends, and volunteering in her community.

Elise is licensed in Ohio and Texas.

She is available via telehealth and in office at our West Chester location.
