As a part of the wellness checks, personnel will be provided resources and referrals if they are interested in continuing to engage in services. No personnel can be 'forced' to follow up with recommendations unless they are an imminent danger to themselves or someone else. Even if a clinician finds them a danger, while conducting a wellness check, limited information will be given to the department to have them go 'off track' or 'out of service' to obtain the help needed for their acuity level.
