Pinpoint Behavioral Health Solutions, provides 24/7 coverage for emergency response and critical incidents. When Alison Fienning is not able to respond to the incident herself, she will send a member of her team in her place. All team members who respond are trained in the dynamics of managing and consulting agencies through incidents and are familiar with best practices for debriefing and post-incident response.
