Meet Kaila

Kaila is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor-Supervisor (LPCC-S) with experience supporting military members, first responders, and their families. She understands the unique stressors, transitions, and demands that come with these roles and is passionate about providing a space where clients feel understood, supported, and not alone in their experiences.

In addition to her work with these populations, Kaila also supports individuals navigating generational trauma, life transitions, and the complexities of motherhood, including the perinatal and postpartum seasons. She is especially passionate about helping clients break generational patterns, process unresolved trauma, and develop healthier ways of coping and responding in their daily lives.

Kaila takes a collaborative, strengths-based approach to therapy, integrating trauma informed care, cognitive behavioral strategies, and coaching techniques to meet each client’s unique needs. Her goal is to help clients build resilience, gain clarity, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Kaila is a military spouse stationed at Fort Campbell and a mom of two young children, which gives her a personal understanding of the realities of military life and the demands of balancing family, identity, and constant transition.

Outside of the therapy space, Kaila enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and embracing the day to day moments of motherhood. She also values the connection between intentional movement and mental health, believing that caring for the body is an important part of overall well being.

Kaila is licensed in Kentucky, North Carolina & South Carolina. She is available via telehealth.
