Hi- I’m Sheila! I’m an LPCC-S with 9 years of experience specializing in helping children, families, couples and individuals reach their full potential, find their spark, learn, grow and thrive. 

As the daughter of a retired lieutenant, and many family members in law enforcement or military, I provide a safe, non- judgmental and inclusive space for processing difficulties, traumas, grief, loss and struggle. My goal is creating meaningful learning opportunities from the stress and struggle of life. 

I’m committed to helping people reach their goals while recognizing and respecting the unique backgrounds and strengths that every individual brings to therapy. 

Outside of work, I love spending time with family, traveling, being in the sun, decorating, baking, and enjoying the little things that make life fun.
