Meet Kristin

Kristin is a dedicated Social Worker who comes to us with nearly 20 years in Public Safety. After spending many years as an EMS provider in Southeastern Ohio, she decided to further her education and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Social Work and Master of Social Work degrees from The Ohio State University. With a specialization in First Responders, Kristin is also EMDR trained and comes with experience in working with other special populations such as Addiction and Substance Use, Anxiety, Depression and PTSD, and Childhood Trauma. She also enjoys working with women navigating the challenges of careers and motherhood. Kristin is a Peer Support Trained Clinician and serves as the Clinician for the Fairfield-Hocking Valley Peer Support team based out of Lancaster, OH. She continues to provide support to other agencies through department outreach and education as well. While “the job” becomes a part of who you are, she understands that there is still a person behind the uniform that is just as important. By creating a personalized approach to suit her client’s needs, Kristin prioritizes authenticity and autonomy in therapy and believes that meeting people where they are is the best way to serve them.

Kristin is a mother of two and a proud Buckeye. She currently resides in Licking County where she remains active in Peer Support and enjoys traveling, concerts, hockey games, and spending time with family and friends.

She is under supervision of Alison Fienning.
