

Meet Shelby
Shelby Hillman, MSW, LSW, holds a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration. She brings a unique, integrative perspective to clinical practice, informed by extensive experience working alongside first responders, veterans, and individuals impacted by trauma and domestic violence.
Shelby utilizes trauma-informed care and primarily utilizes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and trauma-based therapeutic approaches to support clients in navigating complex emotional and psychological challenges. Her clinical experience includes working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and bipolar disorder.
Grounded in a client-centered philosophy, Shelby is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. She believes healing occurs through collaboration, compassion, and individualized care, and strive to help clients build resilience, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
In her free time she enjoys family time, staying active with the help of her dogs, and traveling.
Shelby is available for in-person sessions at our West Chester office, as well as virtually.
